I had an incredibly fast appointment. From the moment I walked in, I filled out my papers, went to the back, had my x rays, got my medicine and then two teeth pulled. They were quick and efficient. I noticed the bad reviews and was scared but honestly , no matter what it’s going to hurt. I appreciate that they were quick with it and I feel like they explained everything pretty well and were pretty sympathetic. But tooth stuff is no joke there’s no sugar coating it.
Girl in the front desk was very rude. and mean. we had an incident were I had to be dismissed which for my understanding I felt like she didn’t care about my issue.when I went to visit the Dr office. I feel like they should hire people who actually care about their patients. 0/10
Absolute rip off, The worst patient care. The dentist has a terrible attitude. She injected my tooth with the numbing medication really roughly and made me scream, never apologized and told me "thats just the way it goes". I have never met such a horrible , rough unprofessional dentist. Complained to corporate, never heard an word back. This dentist treats her patience with no kindness zoom compassion or gentleness. Absolute con-artists. Polished my teeth and called it a cleaning. Which I didn't authorize. Put floride foam on my teeth with her finger and said it was ok to swallow. Didn't mention the cavity I have. Tried to sell me implants and Invisalign instead of doing an inspection. Didn't check my gums at all. Said they couldn't provide a basic partial denture and wanted to do implants. I was flabbergasted at the absolute lack of professionalism and no pride in their jobs.
I had a horrible service. Their “Teeth cleaning” is only scraping two teeth, they also took my xray pictures wrong and got my left and right side mixed up.
