sucked tonight....had to wait over an hour for food! we got up and left!
They need to revisit their hostess staff. There's a little snotty chick who wears a mickey mouse mask told us to wait outside because we didn't have masks on. hmmmm? When did that become law? Oh yeah, IT'S NOT A LAW! Because we didn't obey her order, she decided to seat two other parties instead of us. I went to the hostess stand and there was now a male figure that appeared to be a manager type who said we need to get these folks seated. We were told another 10 min. so we sat down and waited. Service was slower than usual but thats ok...it was my birthday and went over the servers head really seemed like he was a helper not a server. Some of our food came out literary cold and dry. Not what We have seen from our favorite place left overs took home to eat today were a unfortunate reminder on the bad food we had last night 😳 we love valle luna

Our favorite local Mexican restaurant! We have loved this place for years and I love seeing them adapt to the recent quarantine take-out only way of business as well.

So disappointed in Valle Luna’s operations. I called to order the family meal today which is $40, I wanted to add on an additional order of chips and salsa (which we all know is unlimited when you dine in). The price to add on an additional chips and salsa is $19 I was a bit taken back because this is half of the family meal cost. I confirmed with the woman on the phone and she indeed said it was $19, I understand they are not “free” during take out times but I felt the price was very high for chips and salsa.
