I don't know if it was the food but I went home and became violently ill.
Went to happy hour with some girlfriends and sat in the Cantina. The waitress clearly would have rather been somewhere else. Drinks and food were good and priced well for happy hour. Although it was already allowed environment, the TVs were turned up very loud for a basketball game. Looking around no one was watching the game and we asked if the TV could be turned down. The BEST Mexican Food in Phoenix, by far. I have lived here for 48 years.
We were a large group without a reservation and they handled it with no aplomb, gave fast friendly service and the food was good.
Food was good but the service and atmosphere sucked. The dining area is too cramped! The walkway between the booths only has room for one person and the whole time we were eating the waitress was standing in the aisle talking to the people in the booth next to us. Her hair was so long (in a ponytail) that it was swinging down her back over our plates! Then as another server squeezed past her she dropped trash on me!! We won’t go back.
