I showed up on time for my appointment to get a tattoo today and they weren’t even open. After reading the reviews, I realized I’m not the only one who had this experience. Looks like I’m going elsewhere.
I went with my 20 year old son to get his first tattoo at Valle Ink. They joked with him, talked to him to make him feel more comfortable and keep him from being nervous, and the tattoo looks amazing. My son is sooooo happy!!
Poor customer service. Messaged mid-week asking how to get a piercing on Saturday while we would be in the Wilkes area, was told to call after 2pm. Made multiple calls with no answers. Stopped in and talked, was refused service at that time but stated we could wait and be put on the books for next week. Came back to Boone, where we live, to an excellent shop with great customer service and cheaper prices.
