Roaches everywhere. God damn, ruined all my furniture after just moving in two weeks!
I lived here between 1982-1984. It is walking distance from LA Valley College and pretty convenient to the rest of the Valley. Back then it was called Valley Vista or Valley View--hell, that was forty years ago and my memory isn't infallible. The only downside of my studio unit was that the window was right next to the dumpster, so garbage day was an early wake up call. No vermin and decent air conditioning. The studios were pretty big for the money.
Everything is great! Manager Sonya is helpful and assists with any question that I have. It's more than 3 years that I live in this apartment and didn't face any problem.
I lived here. Manager Sonia is rude and unprofessional. All apartments are infested with roaches and spiders. Manager yells at kids not to play outside. And will not repair units in hopes to push old tenants out so they can rent units higher cost. All in all bad building. So many things old broken and unprofessional manager.
This is the Best place in LA
