Tuve un incidente donde me salió un pedazo de alambre en un plato de menudo reclame y me dijo el supervisor de la comida qué raro como si yo estuviera inventándolo en ves de decirme señor le cambió su plato por algo más o le devuelvo su dinero entonces me molesto más que no tengan una buena atención al cliente me fui para enfrente para hablar con el director de la tienda y fue entendedor pero aún sigo pensando que las personas que trabajan atendiendo cliente ahí deberian de tener capacidad de resolver un problema de esos ant... read more
