Wonderful place to live. Lived here for 2 years. Property managers (Jenny - when we moved in and Mary - the current manager) and Jake in maintenance are wonderful. Enclosed big balcony was an added plus. My apartment had a fireplace, but never used it. Neighbors are friendly. Really liked that they had an additional parking area when main lot is full. I felt safe here. I highly recommend!!!!

Desiree was incredibly attentive and helpful, apartment is cute
Imo, decent location for being in downtown area, walmart on platte ave, mavric gas station 2 streets on union, close to memorial park and on bus lines , other than that good apartment sizes they have huge balcony and awesome staff and maintenance crew and quiet units
