Imo, decent location for being in downtown area, walmart on platte ave, mavric gas station 2 streets on union, close to memorial park and on bus lines , other than that good apartment sizes they have huge balcony and awesome staff and maintenance crew and quiet units
Awesome apartment, awesome staff and very roomy apartments with balcony and great location close to bus stops and memorial park.
They have wasps swarming all over outside and I'm slightly allergic. I have a patient I take care of here, so it's not like I can avoid the apartments. Please get this dealt with. Also, why have "NO PARKING Loading Zone" signs if the very people in the office don't follow them? I thought loading zones were for quick loading and unloading of people, for fire and police, and for mail dropoff? Hmm. Not sure when that changed.
Last night, A tenet threatened my little 13-year-old girls and called them racial names because they did not hold the door open for her This place has zero security and zero accountability this is not a safe place at all for children or families (:
