The Validus team is so supportive and works with you to ensure proper technique is used to ensure you get the maximum benefit from each workout. I have been going there for 12 years - it is a great place to workout and you are part of a community.

I can’t recommend this gym enough! After moving to Canada from England two years ago, I was still adjusting to life in a new country and finding this gym has been such a positive part of that journey. From day one, everyone made me feel so welcome, and I genuinely look forward to every workout. great gym, atmosphere, coaches and members. Cant say enough good things. Also tried the nutrition program with Luke Cunningham. Had some fantastic results, learned a lot and will keep the learning lessons from the program for a long time. 100% recommend.
Luke is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I have learned alot from working with him regarding good nutritional habits ( although its hard not to have ice cream in the summer)
