Awesome gym. Can’t say enough good things about the members and coaches. I love that the environment is welcoming of people of all shapes and sizes.
Fantastic gym with lots of space and very knowledgeable and friendly staff. A great place to push to your max with professional guidance or to step into cross fit as a beginner. A very positive and welcoming environment.

I have been coming to Validus for over 8 years now. When I started I couldn't dream of doing a pull-up and really wasn't in any reasonable shape. But with the positivity of Andrew and the whole gym family I am now 49 and will probably be in the best shape of my life when I hit 50. The family atmosphere is what really is the secret sauce of this gym. For personal reasons I haven't been as frequent to the gym this year.
