Valiant Residential has a standard above the rest. They like their communities, offices and apartment homes to be welcoming, friendly and inviting. Residents are very important to them. The training that they provide to their employees makes it easy for applicants and residents to know that they are going to be well taken care of.

Do not move in Chimney Hill Apartments in Dallas. My apartment flooded for a whole hour because receptionist didn't take my numerous calls seriously. Finally someone came and had to remove carpet padding in at least two areas and move almost all furniture into living room. When they came back to replace furniture, they didn't clean carpet, left furniture blocking door ( finally remedied over 2 weeks later), and left carpet loose and not flat in places with a giant seam in bedroom.
