I really hope to update this soon with a higher rating. Our complex was recently taken over by Valiant. But the process has been rough over the last month. The dumpster is half the size of the old one, and although the trash service is supposed to be dumping it twice a week, that has not happened. Trash is overflowing, drawing rodents, and is now blowing around the property. It's been approximately 2 weeks since the trash was emptied. They don't care I lose power cause of my breaker box, they don't care that I have mold growing in my window air unit and have to sleep in the bedroom. The excuse? It's an old house but I shouldn't have to live and pay for this!
Pretty nice people since they bought the complex I live in from the last owners. Reasonably fast for maintenance requests, and very informative on other properties they own.
