Absolutely delicious! Amazing Filet and risotto. Definitely a must if you are staying in Healdsburg.
My favorite new restaurant in Healdsburg!
Wonderful meal here for our anniversary. The Sunchoke soup was incredible and although it was very busy the service was excellent.
We enjoyed a five-course "trust me" chef's tasting menu last night for my husband's birthday. Every bite was simply amazing. We do tasting menus whenever we can, especially at a new restaurant. It's a good way to sample lots of things. Valette does theirs a bit differently. We had five courses, but we were each served different dishes. We traded halfway through each, so we actually got to try ten! When we go back (and yes, we will be going back--a lot) we definitely will be ordering the lamb bacon. Wow. This was one of the most incredible meals I've had in a very long time. What great atmosphere, impeccable service and fantastic food. From beginning to end, every bite was an explosion of flavors, prepared with excellent skills and thought. If you're deciding where to go this should be at the top of the list. Purely fantastic evening. I think we will all be hearing a lot more about this place in the future.
Absolutely the best! 2 nd time here.....still exquisite...... Scallops for appetizer... Still so different and absolutely delicious. Twice we've had halibut- to die for; first time pancetta wrapped and this time over sweet corn relish...cooked to perfection. Lamb smoked and sea bass other entrees equally as delicious. Must make a reservation and try for yourself... Won't be disappointed !
