Thank you Will for putting together a wonderful "trust me menu". Thanks to Dustin for the anniversary card, delicious menu and seating us in the romantic booth. Harry and the rest of the staff were superb. The chef nailed everything. Visit them for yourself and try the trust me menu. You won't be disappointed.

Trust the Chef and get the "trust me" tasting menu. I just had the culinary experience of a lifetime. And if you're ordering drinks, get the "Wait for it." Absolutely delicious.
Amazing meal! We come out to healdsburg once a year and VRBO so we typically cook and pick one dinner out. Valette was incredible. We did the tasting menu with wine pairing and it was one of the best meals we have ever had!
