If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Valet Parking Authority, Ltd. has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. After they allowed damage to my vehicle while parked at the Silversmith Hotel in Chicago, I was assured multiple times by hotel staff that “everything would be taken care of.” Instead, what followed is finger-pointing, and complete lack of accountability. worst valet experience of my life. they wouldn’t park my car at first saying i didn’t pay and tried to make me pay a second time. took them an hour and a half to park it because they ran out of tickets and said the city could tow my car if they didn’t get more tickets soon enough. someone PEED IN MY DRIVER SEAT. they were rude and couldn’t find my car for 40 minutes but i found it in 5. they got into the hood of my car. i’m beyond disgusted.
