Monthly passes are good but the car wash does not dry properly and leaves water and soap
I just took my car to this car wash today morning, and I’m very disappointed with the outcome. After the wash, I noticed paint damage and black streaks left on the front bumper, which were definitely not there before. It looks like harsh chemicals or careless cleaning caused the issue. The staff didn’t seem concerned when I brought it up, and there was no offer to inspect or fix the problem. For the price I paid, I expected proper care and attention, not damage to my car’s paint.
