I just took my car to this car wash today morning, and I’m very disappointed with the outcome. After the wash, I noticed paint damage and black streaks left on the front bumper, which were definitely not there before. It looks like harsh chemicals or careless cleaning caused the issue. The staff didn’t seem concerned when I brought it up, and there was no offer to inspect or fix the problem. For the price I paid, I expected proper care and attention, not damage to my car’s paint. Maybe this will be my first review in Canada, but I felt this is necessary. Car wash is okay but the staff is not that great. I asked a lady who was wearing blue shirt on cleaning the brushes and regarding scratches. she immediately rolled her eyes and told me "I don't know I just work here " and walked away. Editing after reading the response : Thank you for your response, however I am so sorry I lost my faith in Valet because of that conversation I had with the manager on that day .
Check for scratches and low pressure vacume, used to be way better earlier
Kitchener valet car wash has become the worst car wash nowadays. Recently for a couple of times they were washing my car without enough form and just spraying water. I can count the number of scratches on my car. Really disappointing and lost the trust on them. I appreciate the person who gave reply for my review for the well fabricated story in the review reply.
