Bunch of pathetic employees, they just mix up accounts & license plates then ask you to pay more. The dude who drives white Audi Q5 with KL license plates behaves as if he owns the place, so much arrogance and disrespectful. The other gentleman was to send me an email and it’s past 5 months now and I haven’t seen one. Just wanto remind the management that there are better car wash centres around and you guys aren’t anymore.
Always busy and keep one lane closed on busy Saturdays.
