Terrible customer service from Alex. He's a very rude man! Also, they open at 10 am, and the map says they open at 8 am. If you're looking for punctuality and good service, don't come here, I repeat, don't come here!
I had a flat tire this morning ( I got a lot of flat tires recently). These guys at Valero Tire took care of my tire that received a nail from a parking lot, and I also had a slice on the same tire. They 1st plugged the hole for $20, then found the slice and offered me a good used tire at a reasonable rate. I then had to come back because I was missing my stem cap and also had a small leak on the on the used tire I just purchased. They plugged it back up, and I'm back on the road. Fast, affordable, and good quality
Last month, they took my car in when its alternator blew nearby. They diagnosed it after working hours when they didn't have to, let me keep it there overnight, and fixed it within a day. Honest guys.
