Wow! Valerie helped me remove a cartilage piercing that had grown into my ear and replaced it with a small stud. She persevered and got it out, frequently checking with me to be sure I was not in pain. Great skills and service. Will definitely check out other services here!

I had an amazing experience today by Valerie herself! I was greeted happily the moment I walked in the door by another employee and although they were busy, I didn't even need to pick up a magazine before I was taken back for my scheduled appointment. The space is an excellent mix of trendy and cozy, beautiful from wall to wall & IMMACULATE. Every aspect of my service exceeded my expectations.
