My experience was great! I dont know whats with the other reviews but we were greeted nicely and we checked out the dresses, i tried on two and its been 9 months since. im REALLY excited to pick up my vestido and other items like my ramo and corona. one thing to note is that you have to make an oppointment to pick up your dress.

My experience with Azucena was amazing!! I don’t live in Los Angeles, but she made everything so easy to do over phone and she was the sweetest. I loved how she had a lot of patience and would always answer my texts. There’s really nothing I can complain about.
