She is simply amazing! I’ve been working with her on our house hunt for the last 2-3 years and she never failed to response or miss any of my calls or questions, very knowledgeable so you won’t need a contractor to visit a house that needs maintenance, she will let you know all pros and cons about the property and the neighborhood, her intention is making sure you are getting a good deal, not closing asap and move on.
