I’m very disappointed with my experience with Dr. Valerie Truong. The appointment felt rushed, and I didn’t feel listened to at all. My concerns were brushed off, and the explanation I received was vague and unhelpful. The treatment plan didn’t seem tailored to my situation, and when I asked questions, I felt like an inconvenience rather than a patient. I highly recommend Dr Valerie Truong. Very friendly and explains the procedure. Her assistant Stephanie was great numbing the area very well and I was actually able to relax during the procedure. Today, 1 day after my surgery and still no pain. I’m very happy I use her office for skin surgery
