I've been going to Doctor Vanden Boom for several years. she's always been pleasant and very thorough with both the exam and her explanations. She takes great care to ensure that I understand specific risk factors for my vision health, and the symptoms that might indicate that a problem is urgent. The staff are very helpful, friendly and efficient. I actually look forward to my annual visits to Eye Contact because I go away feeling well cared for and well informed. I'm very pleased to have Dr. Vanden Boom as my eye doctor.
went a year ago for my contact and glass px--first time i had gone to her----first she gave the px for the contacts with the wrong eyes/wrong px listed---because i know what i wear in each eye, i had to get it changed----i ordered them through their office---then when i was low on contacts because i had a number of them that ripped, i went to buy more online and they declined to give approval---said i had a year's worth already---i had always been told by other eye Drs that you should error on the side of wearing them no mor... read more
