Do not hire unless you want to incur unnecessary expenses. Her failure to disclose important details cost us thousands of dollars in smoke removal services, floor replacement, time and labor, etc. I specifically asked her to get video of a structure at the back of the property we couldn't see online. She didn't. It's a poorly kept chicken coop that will have to be torn down at our expense. Her excuse: she forgot because she had to go to the restroom.
