Valerie is wonderful!! Mine and my husbands first time buying a house was something we didn’t know a lot about and Valerie made everything so easy to understand. She’s communicative and will do whatever she can to make the homebuying process easier for you.
Customer experience was terrible. Valerie took 1,100 dollars from me and my family. She took money out of our security deposit for things that she wouldn’t respond to. I was on Military Leave and she asked for the keys and I responded and told her and she took money for that and the landscaping when I didn’t even live there. I will never rent from her again. I do not recommend her at all.
Valerie was just tremendous in her work and dedication. We used Valerie originally as our Property Manager for several years when she presented us with a prospective renter, and then again as our real estate agent when we chose to sell. SHE KNOWS WHAT IT TAKES TO SELL A HOUSE!!!!
