Dr Burkhard was wonderful.she was informative, kind and very efficient.
Dr. Burkhardt made me feel comfortable, was thorough in explaining things & answered my questions. Her staff are friendly, pleasant & courteous.
I find Dr. Burkhard pleasant and friendly. She's been doing everything she can to try helping me with my situation and explains everything. I'm currently not pain free but she isn't giving up until she finds the right treatment.

The Botox bladder procedure has 100% increased the quality of my life! At 65 I can live with aches and pains, incontinence no! Best decision I’ve made is switching urologist to Dr Burkard. I cannot day enough good things about her. Highly recommend to anyone.
Dr. Burkhard was patient and thorough and refused to give up when my situation took a different approach to resolve. She accepted my desire to adjust medication and provided knowledge and guidance. Her explanations were thorough and easily understandable. I am looking forward to being free of this bladder problem because of her understanding and treatment.
As most of these comments say, she is very matter of fact and describes your options completely. No beating around the bush with her. I respect that and prefer I be told the truth and my viable options. She was very experienced with cystoscopies as evident by her technique and communication. I would recommend her.

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Did I say terrible? She had the worse bedside manner. She barely made eye contact as she barely took a history. Actually, she never made eye contact. She gave me results of an ultrasound as I was laying on my back before a procedure. During the procedure she talked with her nurse instead of acknowledging me. Very awkward! All she is good at is ordering tests!!!!!!!!!!
