Valerie K is collaborative about my care - she gives me options and lets me make the choices. She answers my questions straight up and even helped me fill in a form I didn't understand completely - looks at me directly and listens to my responses as well as my questions - gives me faith that if I had a serious condition she would be calm and take care of it/me with directness and competence - and she doesn't rush, giving me whatever time I need. This form need n/a option for next question.
