If I have to go to the doctor, I don’t mind going there!
Dr. Bustos always takes time to ask me detailed questions and to listen to my questions. She is knowledgeable and caring. I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation.
The front desk staff is friendly and willing to help. Dr Bustos is wonderful. She takes the time to listen and I always feel confident in seeing her that I’ll get the best care. Her phlebotomist, Bri, is amazing. I have a hard time with needles and I don’t even feel the needle. I love this practice
If you are looking for a doctor that is up on the latest treatments, she is NOT the one. Very close minded and seems to be extremely cautious (seems more afraid of being sued than actually helping her patients). Office staff extremely unprofessional-receptionist not answering calls while another one putting a patient on hold while having a conversation with co worker about a personal issue. Another one more concerned about a dying cactus, than helping patients waiting for assistance.
Dr.Bustos is an excellent doctor that actually takes the time to really listen to patients. I highly recommend her! She is awesome.
