After a long search, my wife and I found our dream home in another state. I cannot say enough positive things about Valerie Bubnash with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services – Rancho Bernardo office. My wife passed away unexpectedly in early August 2023. I knew that I did not want to immediately downsize but in November I contacted Valerie who had assisted my neighbor in downsizing when her husband died several years earlier.
