Val is very knowledgeable, down-to-earth and non-judgmental. She doesn’t just throw medications at you like some doctors will. It’s obvious that she truly cares about helping her patients through their struggles with mental health with compassion and empathy. Will definitely recommend.
If I could give zero stars, I would.
Went in for an evaluation for something I've been hospitalized for a half dozen times in my life, and have been dealing with for 15 years. Once they had my $200 they were done. I can't even get her to do a simple follow up with my PCP, who requested and recommended the evaluation. I feel now that I have less options than when I went in, which is the opposite of my goal.
