Stunning dresses. Zero pressure. Unbelievable prices. Honest feedback and the owner is very hands on and just the sweetest most amazing person. Seriously I want to invite her to my wedding. I had such an amazing experience with Valentino's. :) I was told that my dress would take 4-6 weeks for alterations from the store I purchased my gown at which would put me past my actual wedding date. They told 3 of my bridesmaids the same thing and we began to panic. Tatyana, the owner of Valentino's, reassured me she could do all our alterations in enough time. We just picked up my daughter's 1st communion dress, and they did a great job. She had to take in the sides of the dress, as well as alter the shoulders on a little jacket. Everything looks great!

Tatyana was just amazing. She fit both of my wedding dresses for me perfectly and so very quickly. I am very pleased with how they turned out, and it was so nice to be able to trust that they were in the absolute best hands while finishing up the stress of wedding planning. I really had fun working with Tatyana, and would recommend her wholeheartedly... In fact I may have to start making up future events that I need alterations for in order to have an excuse to come visit her from the UK!

I want to thank Tatyana for going over and beyond what it means to be a great business. I needed suit pant alterations for a family funeral. I dropped off the pants and they were done within 6 hours. But moreover, my wife being a long-time customer, she was truly concerned with how our family was doing with our loss. It’s one thing when a business has loyal customers, but quite another when a customer has a loyal business. We thank you so much Tatyana!!

The day before my scheduled appt, the woman called me to ask if my appt was for that day, or the next day and said she is having an issue with her calendar and wrote down the wrong dates for several appts. No big deal, she told me to come in for my original appt which was Sunday at 2pm. I arrive with my party, and she was incredibly rude. I had the best customer service experience and interaction with the owner Tatyana. She was so engaging, friendly and honest. I needed a zipper replaced on a jacket (so I thought) but all it needed was a new 'pull'. Valentinos and Tatyana have now become my new tailor. Thank you!
