Brutal communication setting up a hair appointment for my wife’s birthday. Was told well in advance that I would be notified if there was an issue with the gift card I had got my wife, I didn’t get a phone call back and then when my wife was done her appointment, all of a sudden the gift card didn’t work, and she was the one calling me. Things got sorted out but for a top dollar salon in Durham Region the communication was worse then great clips.
