I had been going to Valentino’s for years and tried many different stylists. The atmosphere is very professional and clean and the stylists keep up to date with the latest trends and techniques. They are my go to and I’m so glad they’re also close to home
Recently went there for my first haircut in a while, and it was extremely welcoming, and had exceptional service from both my stylist and the front desk staff. The haircut was amazing as well ;).
I’ve been coming here for some time, but the experience has gone downhill. There seems to be a lot of staff turnover, and the overall atmosphere no longer feels welcoming. There’s a noticeable tension in the salon, which makes it uncomfortable as a client. Management comes across as unwelcoming, and instead of feeling relaxed, the space feels stressful and disorganized. For a salon that presents itself as high-end, this was disappointing.
