This apt building needs alot of repair. Dirty hallways and carpet, no bus nearby (walk 5 blks since bus route changed in 2024!). Needs alot of yard-work, no flowers near entry since they tore them out 2 years ago. Tenants have problem with gossip in the building No activities are organized in the apt building. No DVD in community room. Parking is only limited to tenants. No handicap parking.

I viewed this apartment building, small apt. building. Very clean outside and inside sitting areas outside sitting areas inside. Apartments are small one bedroom closet and kitchen cupboards, stove refrigerator, free parking lot. Public bus transport close to front door, sometimes that bus stop in not on route stop. They have a few larger apts, no additional storage area. They have some underground parking. Wheelchair accessable. Average dollar amount a month with county rent assistance. Well managed with an excellent staff. The staff keeps everything clean and all necessary repairs are made quickly. The manager is exceptional in her concern for the residents.
