Bad customer service! The person who answers the phone has no phone etiquette and sounded like she didnt even wanna aswer the phone nor didn't even wanna be there at all. We ordered a dozen of flowers she gave us 6 dead roses and it looked like it's been sitting under the sun for couple of days in other words theyre not fresh.
