Homeowners and Renters Beware!!! Extremely disappointing experience with this property management company. We never met anyone from the company, not even on move in day. We were given only one key in a lockbox, which was never removed and stayed on the property the entire six months we lived there. The carpets were full of dog hair when we moved in even though we do not have a dog. We were told the previous tenants skipped out on rent, which strongly suggests the carpets were never cleaned. Tenants Beware ⸻ Based on my experience and the consistent pattern described in other tenant reviews, this company should be held accountable for how it handles security deposits as well as violating tenants rights. I was a responsible tenant who paid rent on time and left the home in great condition. Carpets were professionally cleaned, only minor touch-up paint was applied on a few walls and I confirmed no professional cleaning was required since I had already paid a $400 cleaning fee. excellent in every way. I have dealt with many property management companies over the years and this one is top tier. Highly recommended
If you're a homeowner, please get another company! People here are not friendly and certainly not reliable. They've cancelled multiple "manditory" walk-thru's. They are very unorganized and apparently forget when they've already done something! And, when I asked for them to reach out to the actual homeowner they refused.
