The entire team is top notch,.. especially we love dealing with Amanda on any maintenance issues. She is always available, reliable, and will be consistent until the issue has been resolved. As tenants we very much appreciate the attentiveness to any of our issues that arise and the results are always top notch. As a company owner, this can’t be stressed enough to be involved with a company who cares. High recommended
Sadly, Google doesn't have a zero or a negative star to rate this company with. Their intake process was pure trash and I dreaded emailing or calling Karen Whall, she was not only difficult to deal with but very vague about all updates or instructions. Going from them to Rely Real Estate was like night and day. The price is half of their fee and Rely doesn't get paid if your property doesn't have a tenant. John at Rely Real estate was amazing. This company makes it so smooth it's worth working backwards and simply looking at whatever they manage then choosing a property out their pool. Communication is stellar .
If you're a homeowner, please get another company! People here are not friendly and certainly not reliable. They've cancelled multiple "manditory" walk-thru's. They are very unorganized and apparently forget when they've already done something! And when I asked for them to reach out to the actual homeowner they refused.
