Much more to come in future reviews depending on if Valentine chooses to do the right thing, or continues to present themselves unprofessionally, as evidenced by 1 miserable year of having to work with them. Today is 7/21/25. We vacated our lease on 6/30/25 (AZ law gives 14 days to return deposits). As expected, they still have not refunded any of our $4000 deposit on a property we leased for 3k/mo. I was a property owner and I was very hesistant at first on whether I as going to rent my house or sell it. I had many people tell me the renting business is very annoying since you have to manage anything that breaks. Thanks to Karen and the Valentine team, I barely had to lift a finger. She took care of everything that ever popped up and let me know promptly. I was overseas for 4 years and stress free about my property back home. I highly recommend them as your property managers. I wish there was a way to give negative stars. I've never encountered a more arrogant or rude group. Full disclosure: I was visiting the dental office across from this business when I came across salespeople from Valentine, which is the basis for this review.
