I had a great experience with Dr. Davis; however, she is not in the office the majority of the time, and I was never notified that a different provider would be seeing my three children. As a parent, I expect communication when there is a change in my children’s care. If your kids are sick with any type of Covid symptoms please take your kids somewhere else.They made my kids sit outside in the heat waiting for a Covid test and denied them access to the office. They said this is their protocol to make us sit outside since Covid started and it’s 95 degrees outside. Then we sat out there for 30 minutes and Dr.Davis got upset because I was upset and refused to service my kids.

I called the office, as an established patient for over two years and requested an appointment. Instead of seeing my daughter in their next available appointment, or even asking me to schedule something for follow up, the scheduler reported that Dr.Davis was informed of my daughter's symptoms and advised us to go to a walk-in clinic. My daughter's symptoms were not serious- lingering throat pain and intermittent fever (one day a fever, the next not) for over a week. No one asked how high the fever, if she was generally well ... read more
