I purchased a Mercedes Benz from valentine Motors in District heights, MD on May 1, 2026, immediately after purchasing the car I started hearing a noise when backing into my driveway. I called the general manager Angela and told her about the noise, and she said bring it back to their mechanic, so I did, long story short he had the car for about 3 days and when I picked the car up the car was still making the noise. It was a great experience to go to such an unkown dealership and get such an excellent experience. The staff are awesome and you be treated like no other place. I liked the variety of cars that you can choose from. I had an approval from my bank so it made it easy for me to make a decision. I liked their life time service certificate that I receieved and make sure you ask for it. Overall I am happy to drive 30 minutes to make a purchase there.
