The combination of John and Shelly was the best real estate experience we’ve ever had. I'm an older guy whose bought and sold some homes under different realtors. Shelly and John were, quite simply, the best. One issue I've repeatedly had with realtors is an extremely mercenary attitude toward the process - disinterested, distracted, and minimal effort. You do not get that with the Valentines. Shelly and John go way above and beyond to help their clients. This is the second time they have helped us make a major life change and facilitated us moving from WA to MT and back again. John is not afraid to get his hands dirty or ask the hard questions. Shelly set up the right agents for us in Montana both times.
