I TOLD HER I CANT MAKE IT AND IM TRYING TO EXPLAIN TO HER WHY SHE CUTS ME OFF AND STATED THAT SHE GIVING ME A FAVOR BY SCHEDULING ME BECAUSE I MISS TWO APPOINTMENT ALMOST 2YRS AGO.
