Diana Bolmes=complete trash. Knows nothing about opiate addiction or what a person high on heroin looks like. Falsely accused me of using substances when I wasn't and was rude and invalidating about it. Treated me differently than other group members for being an addict.
Dr. Valentin has been a strong healing source in my life. We have tackled several issues, went through DBT and I came out with a new outlook on life. She listens to my concerns and we make health decisions together.
Dr. Valentin is EXCELLENT! She knows her stuff. When it comes down to EMDR, she's VERY qualified. She spent a lot of time with me, but my head is so full of things, I could never get past a particular point in my EMDR therapy so we both agreed that EMDR wasn't a good type of therapy for me. She's a good therapist & her admin aast is kind & professional.
I absolutely love working with my therapist, she has helped me tremendously over this past year. But, I've had non stop issues with Kate in the office (No call backs and no updates on billing issues i had addressed). I'm not one to complain but it just happens time and time again.
