No complaints about the counselor. The receptionist is horrible at her job. I've been going to this office for over a year now and she has my name wrong in the system. This is after giving her my ID and insurance card. I only noticed after they changed systems and I received an invoice. Not only that it seems like she doesn't actually want to do her job when I call.
