Looks good but... I have to admit I was impressed with Sycamore Bay at the onset. I lived nearby for several years, watching it get built, and secretly longing for the luxury of it all. Now that I'm finally here, however, I must say it has it's downfalls. Maintenance, for instance. Although I haven't had any emergencies, it took them nearly 2 months of continual reminding to have them show up and fix 3 minor things, 2 of which were present when I moved in. Beautiful luxury homes for rent While on the generally more expensive side, renting at Valentia Apartments is still very appealing. The floor plan that particularly caught my attention is the three bedroom with loft. The mater bedroom is amazing, with vaulted ceilings and luxury bathrooms that boast a jacuzzi tub in addition to a shower and two sinks. This is dream living as far as apartments go!
Great apartments! These are amazing apartments. Everything about them is brand new. The exterior is beautiful, and the inside glows white. Lots and lots of storage space, with huge walk in closets, and huge kitchens! These are really great luxurious apartments, with all the fixings- pool, spa, etc. And there is even a washer and dryer in unit.
