dishonest leasing practices! Beware of Valentia! ⢠Valentia complex behind UTC mall is an extremely noisy place to live. The noise is from every which direction. Additional Super loud noise for the units that are near the exits that can keep you up all night long. If you like noisy neighbors, rent here My experience was not a positive one. At the time I lived there, this complex rented the apartments immediately surrounding mine to small groups of college students who split the rent three or four ways. Our neighbors upstairs and downstairs were up until the wee hours of the morning, playing music and using their exercise machine directly above my apartment. I finally got tired of complaining to management and moved out.
Great apartments! These are amazing apartments. Everything about them is brand new. The exterior is beautiful, and the inside glows white. Lots and lots of storage space, with huge walk in closets, and huge kitchens! These are really great luxurious apartments, with all the fixings- pool, spa, etc. And there is even a washer and dryer in unit.
Beautiful luxury homes for rent While on the generally more expensive side, renting at Valentia Apartments is still very appealing. The floor plan that particularly caught my attention is the three bedroom with loft. The mater bedroom is amazing, with vaulted ceilings and luxury bathrooms that boast a jacuzzi tub in addition to a shower and two sinks. This is dream living as far as apartments go!
Awful plumbing. Now on my 4th issue in 2 years. The first was water from a toilet upstairs. Second was a broken toilet hose. Third was a shit geyser...seriously. The latest is nasty smelling water slowly creeping up a sink.... I’m nervous.
TWO FLOODS IN SIX MONTHS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Problem 1 : In December 2016 (Christmas time), a leak from the planter outside my window flooded my room and damaged my nightstand. A couple months before this flood, I reported a moldy smell in my bedroom to the leasing office TWICE to notify them of a potential leak and both times they assured me that there was no leak. This PLACE HAS THIEVES WORKING IN THE CLEANING CREW !! 3 times daughter had to move out of the apartment while they fixed the MOLD in the walls, in the same place.. They moved out, had 3 days to move between one location and the other , with a 1 year and a dog. Her wedding dress was left behind , along with $3,000 of her husbands suits. Not one courtesy call from the management. I could understand anything else, but a WEDDING DRESS.. what value does that have to a STRANGER.. nothing..
