Unfortunately cannot recommend it here. Have had an atlas since 2024 and constantly have issues with the sos light. Appointments are hard to get, they never have loaners available. There has been multiple times that I am told they don’t know the problem. Finally a woman Lisa helped me last time & truly was doing everything she could to make it easier for me & got me a loaner when everyone else said they were not available for months. I HAVE A 2021 TIGUAN THAT HAD A UPDATE MESSAGE. I DID THE UPDATE NOW I HAVE NO AUDIO. CALLED VALENTI VW THEY WANT TO CHARGE $174.00 TO LOOK AT IT. WHAT A SCAM! IMAGINE THE MONEY THEY ARE MAKING CHARGING PEOPLE TO FIX THE UPDATE THEY WANT YOU TO DO. BAD BUSINESS!!!!

Pierre made me and my family feel at ease during an exciting yet nerve racking process of choosing a brand new vehicle. The second we walked in, his kindness and humor exceeded any and all expectations we had. Although a new car speaks for itself, the Valenti team made our buying process easy, with attention to detail and excellent communication.
