Brought car in for regular maintenance. They jacked up the bill with some needless services -- including CHANGING the brake fluid and adding some type of antiseptic to the air system and noted that I requested it. Not true. Their game is to talk fast, act in a hurry, and not answer any questions. It's in your best interest to either go elsewhere or demand they walk you through every line item beforehand. I have regrets. I ended up paying TWICE as much as I needed to.
On July 16th 2026 I arrived early for my scheduled oil change and was told the service would take about 1-1.5 hours. After waiting two hours with no updates, I checked in because I had another appointment. At that point, the service manager could not locate my appointment or my vehicle. I was looking for a 2026 Toyota Tacoma with a manual transmission. I checked al the dealers in the area, at least five. I arrived at Team Toyota in Glen Mills. I worked with Alex Trizonis and his manager. The deal did not happen for a number of reasons. Alex Trizonis was by far the best salesman I ever delt with. If you want to pay the full sticker price, ask for Sabrina the sales manager as this is her forte. We went there after seeing a Camry on line for "$29,999" ..and after test driving it (it was nice) and sitting down to discuss...Sabrina says "well the $29,999 advertised is with all the available discounts taken off already (recent college grad= no; military= no, trade in with <80K miles=no) that you don't qualify for so the price is actually $31,999...and only if you take this particular car that's being worked on for a recal... read more
