Parts department guys were extremely helpful especially the parts manager/head of parts counter. More knowledgeable than most the parts counters I visit. Knew what I was talking about right away, got a printout diagram and verified but they already had the right part in mind but verifying with the customer is nice. Ordered parts twice and both times they were there the next morning and were the correct parts! Were nicely organized in separate bags, sealed using a parts number sticker verifying OEM Toyota.
