If I could give 0 stars I would. UNPROFESSIONAL & INCOMPETENT. Use this as a sign to pick another “stylist”. My little sister got her hair straightened by Valencia & in addition to her roots not being flat she had the audacity to call the Benicia police over $70 she received through a money app called Apple Pay after believing it didn’t go through.
