Kelsey does an AMAZING job with my hair. I get it bleached every month and I’ve never had issues with it breaking or burning off. My hair still feels soft and smooth just like it did before I bleached it and she gives me the best advice on keeping it that way! 10/10

I recently had my hair colored at Valencia's salon. I did not get the color I wanted. I wanted silver and purple. my hair turn out white. I told her it was fine it did not turn out purple but I wanted the white to be tone down. I guess she was not happy about having to do my hair again cause there was dye left on my forehead, both my ears and my neck. the shirt I was wearing also got ruin, 3 spots of bleach magically landed on my back.
