There is no soundproofing in the entire complex If you're thinking of moving here after June 2020, I strongly recommend you do not. The apartment complex has removed all carpets from the second floor apartments and has refused to put in any sound proofing. You can hear everything the neighbors above you do. You can hear them talk, walk, be intimate. God help you if your upstairs neighbors have kids. We've been complaining for months but the apartment says the cost savings are worth my family's misery. I have lived here with my kids and my mom, and I love living here. If I have a problem and the management team are always on top of things here. They don't disregard how I feel for my safety and crime has come a long way, when I was younger, I use to stay her with my boyfriend and there was always shooting and there was always cops here.
Llevo viviendo aquí 15 años y con todo los problemas ocurren en cualquier lugar me gusta. En la oficina son súper nice y el equipo de mantenimiento son excelente. Nos toca a los que habitamos un apartamento mantenerlo limpio y en óptimas condiciones. Lo que sí debe mejorar urgente es el "landscaping". Las áreas comunes y los parking no están en las mejores condiciones. Y una buena pintura a los edificios tampoco vendría mal. Por lo demás, me gusta aquí.
Infectado de cucarachas!!! Horrible. Yo solo estuve un año y me fui y cobraron de mi fianza un dinero para ellos trabajar la infección de cucarachas sin yo tener nada que ver con eso ya que ellos me entregaron el apartamento asi. El último lugar en el mundo donde viviria!!!!
