Elizabeth is amazing. A few things needed to be fixed and she stayed on top it. Feel very safe. Maintenance only comes once a week.
We've resided at Valencia Park Apts for 8 years & finally purchased our own home. We're scheduled to move out at the end of July/2019. We gave our manager Precilla our 30 day (plus) notice and in return were given a ridiculous Cleaning list. I'm sharing their list with you so those of you who are thinking of residing here or currently residing here know what to expect.
