We just left wanted to see the models and learn a bit about the community. After meeting and speaking with Neil we found him to be very condescending. He was an obnoxious person that insinuated we couldn’t afford this community and should go to Port St. Lucie. From what we did see the homes appeared to be cookie cutter looking neighborhoods. Velancia should look for some new sales person. We will not be returning to learn more about this community we’ve seen all we needed!
