Michael Francis is unprofessional and poorly trained security I’ve ever encountered. His behavior is rude, careless, and completely unfit for a security position. Valencia Falls should not tolerate this level of incompetence.
The HOA association must be new the lawn has all weeds. What a shame! Now it is difficult for visitors to go to the gym you need to make plans weeks ahead. Bad management!
