I've been living at Valencia Apartments for a little over three months now. Not only is it very quiet for being just off of Hawthorne, the property manager Elijah is absolutely on top of her game and just a delight of a person! She addresses and then takes care of issues on the property right away, and is helpful even when she doesn't need to be. She decorated for the holidays and it made the property cheery. I lived at the Valencia for 3 years and it was a great place to call home. It was my first time living alone and I always felt super safe in my apartment and the buildling. Elijah is a great property manager and really cares about the tenants, always going out of her way to attend to everyone's needs in timely fashion and keeping open communication with everyone about what's going on in and around the buildling.
