My overall experience was good with Vale Professionals. Warn people who have had problems by promises to have money lost to go straight to the State of Florida Attorney General for help.
Vale Professionals got us out of the timeshares - although costly. The timeshare system in its entirety is a scam. It should never be a costly process to exit. Fortunately, I am out of my timeshare though.
Syndi Cabrera was very helpful during this long process but Vale got it done! Thank You!

Overall I had a good experience with Vale Professionals. Hillary, Syndi, and Lynn worked very diligently to get rid of my timeshares. They were very honest with me (not like Wyndam salespeople) and successfully got rid of my timeshare. I do suggest that their transfer staff keep clients informed about with is happening in a timely manner, especially concerning the payment of maintenenance fees, and forwarding the confirmation number of that transaction number to the client. Overall a good experience.
